What forms of payment do you take?
We gladly accept payment via paypal, and credit cards.
 
For local orders (Singapore), you can opt for payment via bank transfer – internet banking or ATM transfer. You will receive an invoice via email with payment details. Payment must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation, failing which, orders will be automatically cancelled.
 
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Orders, once placed, cannot be revised. In situations where you may have entered an incorrect mailing address, shipping method, or if there is a product discrepancy, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at care@nakedheart.co and we will do our best to help. Please carefully review all items, shipping details and payment before submitting your order.

When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable) after your order has shipped.

NakedHeart offers free local delivery for orders above SGD$100.
Free shipping will be applied at checkout.

How do I track my order?

To track your order simply head over to Singpost's registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quickand key in the tracking number provided to you via email. eg. RR672819092SG.

Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. Please note that if you selected a shipping option that does not have tracking (such as Normal Mail), you will not see a tracking link in your order details.

Singapore Addressees please note: Normal post/mail is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. We suggest forking out that extra $1.00 for registered mail. It helps you sleep better. If your package gets returned to us, We'll let you know so arrangements can be made for a resend.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do and from as low as $3.05. Add your desired items to cart and use our ‘shipping estimator tool’ on the cart page to get an accurate cost of shipping to your country.
All our international shipping methods are trackable.

Will I need to pay taxes on my order?
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country we’re shipping to. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency.
 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Naked Heart has a 14-days exchange policy for eligible items only. Returns are not accepted.
Any unwanted items must be shipped / postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returning merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization number.
 
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned items, and are based on stock availability. Delivery fees will apply for exchanged merchandise.
 
In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will issue online store credit for the value of the returned item.
 
Eligibility for exchange
Purchased items are only exchangeable into a different size.
 
Returning your purchase

  • Email returns@nakedheart.co and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return to receive a return authorization number.
  • Ship the return back to us with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number in the event of loss. NakedHeart is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise no received.
  • Send the package back to the address indicated in the return authorization email.
 
Unauthorized returns
Any items returned to NakedHeart without a valid return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable restocking fee at 30% of the merchandise ordered. To initiate the return process, request for a return authorization number at returns@nakedheart.co and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

How do I know if the item will fit me?
You can check the exact measurement of each size by clicking on the size tab on the product page. We recommend that you use the given measurements under the item description for a better gauge of the size fit.

Can I check my sizing against your models?
You can compare your measurements against our models. Our model information is listed on each individual product page under ‘Model Information’
 
What does ‘One size’ stand for?
Merchandise marked as one size are only available in one size. Please refer to the exact product measurements on the product page.
